Israeli forces conducted a special operation in Khan Yunis where undercover agents disguised as women assassinated a Palestinian leader and abducted his wife and children. The operation involved "musta'ribeen" (Israeli soldiers disguised as Arabs).

Netanyahu pledged complete control over Gaza while reluctantly allowing limited humanitarian aid entry under international pressure. Only five trucks entered Gaza instead of the announced nine, which Palestinian sources described as "engineering famine."
